We are seeking a senior, independent Bubble.io Front-End UI/UX Designer to execute application-wide styling, mobile-first responsiveness, and interface skinning for a proprietary enterprise educational CRM and LMS platform. The underlying backend tracks, logic math, and APIs are handled exclusively by an isolated logic engineer; your sole responsibility is to make the workspace beautiful, uniform, and highly professional by our hard launch deadline of Thursday, September 10, 2026. To maintain strict organization, all progress must be developed on a separate visual feature branch. You will not build data calculation engines or handle database scripts. CORE SCOPE OF WORK: 1. SIGNUP FUNNEL SKINNING: Apply a clean corporate branding color palette, uniform typography hierarchies, input container border rules, consistent background layouts, and padding parameters across a 6-step parent intake signup wizard. Ensure 100% fluent responsive behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile device displays. 2. ADMINISTRATIVE PORTAL & KANBAN VIEWS: Construct a centralized internal command dashboard layout for platform directors. Build a functional 3-column clinical admin Kanban tracking board designed to visually sort lead cards across three distinct lanes: New Intakes, Evaluations Pending, and Assigned to Tutors. Wire split-pane management views that cleanly present a student's typed paragraph directly alongside integrated custom audio playback sliders and hover cards. 3. MULTI-PORTAL WORKSPACE ENVIRONMENT DESIGN: Layout and skin highly specialized, matching dashboard environments for 4 separate user tiers: Parent Portals, Tutor Accounts, Site Administrator Control Panels, and an Educational School Liaison communication window designed for outside classroom teachers. 4. OPERATIONAL VIEWPORTS: Integrate clean presentation layout frames for internal task management tables, lesson plan logging forms, course training modules, and central marketing performance charts.
