Build AI Agent (Codex) or Claude Agent for Sales Outreach

I need someone to build me an AI agent to do my daily sales and business development activities. The agent will integrate with my Gmail and my laptop (maybe). The basic workflow: 1. Each morning the agent will search the web and certain named public data sources as well as certain people/pages I am following on LinkedIn. 2. The agent will pickup certain triggers (e.g a company has just raised money or made a new hire, or has posted a certain job. 3. The agent will then research the company and automatically: a) Send a custom, unique LinkedIn message to the key job titles I will specific for that company (e.g. CEO); AND b) Also send a customised, hyper-personalised unique email from my GMAIL to the named persons (the agent will collect and verify the correct email message to). 4. The agent will send a Slack notification to me with each company it has decided to target that morning and when each email goes out. 5. I will get a notification in Slack for each positive reply. 6. Additionally, I have LinkedIn Sales Navigator saved searches with 4,000 contacts. I want the agent to find the email addresses and email 10 per day. Please make sure you understand this in detail.
