Build a 7 Day Onboarding Automation Flow (Zapier or Make)

I have a paid Circle community with a written onboarding sequence but no automation behind it. Right now every new member gets onboarded manually, which doesn't scale past the founder's own time. I need that sequence turned into a working Zapier or Make flow: trigger on new member join, timed messages or tags across the first week, and a way to flag anyone who hasn't completed the first action by day three so it can be followed up on manually. The part I care about most is the day-three flag. Onboarding sequences fail quietly, not loudly, and I want a way to catch drop-off before it becomes churn.
