Build an AI- Powered Marketing Operating System for agency

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer / AI Systems Architect to help build a custom, industry-agnostic AI Marketing Intelligence Platform for a growing marketing agency. The system will use AI, automation, real-time trends, client data, and marketing analytics to help with content strategy and creation, performance analysis, SEO, ads, lead generation, client reporting, marketing audits, and strategy development. This is not a simple chatbot or content generator. We want a scalable system that can analyze what is working, identify what isn't, recommend what to do next, and help automate execution across multiple client accounts. Experience with Claude/Anthropic, AI agents, APIs, automation, analytics, SaaS development, and marketing technology is highly preferred.
