Build a Python Automation for Processing Customer Inquiries with OpenAI

I need a small Python automation that processes customer inquiries submitted through a website form using the OpenAI API. When a new inquiry is received, the Python script should: Read the customer’s name, email address, and message. Use the OpenAI API to generate a short summary of the inquiry.
