Build a Scalable Automated Image Generation System for 500 Social Media Accounts

I am looking for someone who can build a simple, low-cost, scalable system for automatically creating social media graphics for approximately 500 mission-specific accounts. Fixed budget: $50 I am not looking for someone to manually design thousands of individual images. I want one reusable template system that can take information from a spreadsheet/database and automatically generate the graphics for each mission. I already have the important mission-specific information prepared, including profile pictures/logos, mission names, colors, and other account information. I will also provide the wording/content that needs to appear on the graphics. Each account will have approximately 3 pinned banner posts, and each pinned post will have a carousel of roughly 7–10 slides. The designs should stay almost identical across all missions, while automatically changing the mission-specific information. The basic idea is: Spreadsheet/Data → Master Templates → Automatically Generated Images The system should be able to change things such as: * Mission name * Profile picture/logo * Primary and secondary colors * Country/location * Local language * Translated text * Selected photos, such as landscapes, food/culture, or missionary photos The overall layout, fonts, icons, backgrounds, splatter/spark effects, CTA placement, and design structure should remain consistent. Design System I already have examples showing the visual direction I want. The three pinned posts will generally cover: Pinned Post 1 — Discover What is this page? Pinned Post 2 — Belong Who is this community for? Pinned Post 3 — Participate How can someone submit content, get featured, participate in giveaways, etc.? There will only be around 20 core slide layouts, which should then be reused across all of the accounts. I do not need 500 unique designs. Translation The graphics also need to work in English and the primary language of each mission. I want the translation system to be reusable. For example, if many missions speak Brazilian Portuguese, the Portuguese version of each master phrase should only need to be translated once and then reused automatically across all appropriate missions. The same would apply to Spanish, French, Japanese, etc. Ideally, the spreadsheet would contain the mission’s language/locale and the image generator would automatically use the correct approved translation. Images Some carousel slides may include mission-related images such as: * Landscapes * Cities/regions * Food * Culture * Missionary photos I would like the system to make it easy to assign approved images to a mission through the spreadsheet/database and have those images automatically appear in the appropriate templates. I do not need unique photography in every graphic. Most designs will use the same reusable branded backgrounds with mission-specific colors. Technology I am open to whichever solution is simplest and cheapest. Possible options could include Canva Bulk Create, Google Sheets, HTML/CSS templates, SVG templates, JavaScript, Python, Playwright/Puppeteer, or another inexpensive solution. The most important thing is: I do not want an expensive per-image generation service. Once the system is created, I want the cost of generating thousands of additional images to be very low or essentially free. Ideally, I could update one row in a spreadsheet and regenerate the graphics for that mission. Deliverable For the $50 fixed-price project, I am looking for a working reusable system/template that demonstrates this automation and can then be used to generate the remaining mission graphics. I also need clear instructions so I understand how to: add/edit mission information → assign images → generate graphics → export them The final files/system must belong to me and be editable after the project is finished.
