Build a Verified Email List (100 emails) of Vacation Rental Owners

We are looking for an experienced web researcher or lead-generation specialist to build a verified list of vacation rental owners. Your bid is for 100 emails. The purpose of this project is to identify contacts associated with short-term rental properties. Ideally we want a mix of properties from the following states. 33% Alaska / 33% California / 33% Idaho. ## Required information Each record must include: * Email address * Link to the vacation rental property * State * Source URL confirming where the email was found * Email verification status ## Lead requirements * The email must belong to the property owner, host or company managing the linked property. * Prioritize independent owners * Use only contact information publicly provided for legitimate business inquiries. * Do not provide guessed or automatically generated email addresses. * Do not provide purchased lists. * Do not collect personal contact information that has not been published for business use. * Every record must include enough sourcing to verify the connection between the email and property. Possible sources include: * Direct-booking websites * Vacation-rental management company websites * Tourism and accommodation directories * Google Business Profiles * Public business directories * Publicly accessible property pages, where permitted ## Deliverable Provide a deduplicated Excel or CSV file containing the required fields. We would like to begin with a paid test batch of 100 qualified records.
