Build a Web-Based CRM MVP With Twilio Power Dialer

am looking for a developer to build the MVP of Roster, a simple web-based CRM designed for outbound calling. The UI/UX design document is already complete and will be provided. Core MVP features: User authentication Upload CSV or Excel files Map spreadsheet columns to CRM fields Import records into named calling lists Support both business and consumer profiles Business profiles can have multiple linked contacts Consumer profiles can have multiple phone numbers Create a calling session using a selected list Start, pause, resume and end a calling session Dial one lead at a time through Twilio Automatically display the correct customer profile while calling Automatically load and dial the next lead after an outcome is saved Enter and save notes during or after the call View previous notes and call history Set a follow-up date and time Record call outcomes such as interested, not interested, no answer and callback Discard or remove unsuitable leads Skip a lead without deleting it Basic dashboard showing list and session progress The power dialer is sequential: it should call one lead at a time. This is not a predictive or multi-line dialer. The developer will be responsible for the frontend, backend, database, Twilio integration, deployment and basic testing. The completed project must include all source code, database structure, setup instructions and ownership transfer. The supplied design document should be followed closely. The goal is a clean, functional MVP; advanced analytics, email marketing, SMS campaigns, call transcription, team permissions and other nonessential features are outside the initial scope.
