Build Website and Marketing Strategy
Worldwide
I need help building a website and developing a complete digital marketing plan from the beginning. The work should include creating a strong online presence, setting up a CRM for customer management, and implementing tracking for SEO performance. I’m looking for someone who can guide the process, recommend the right tools, and help establish a foundation for long-term growth. Experience with end-to-end digital marketing and website setup is important. For Whom Are Interested: # Website Design/Build + GoHighLevel Setup + SEO + Ongoing Marketing & Social Media for Countertop Fabrication Business (Northern Virginia, USA) ## About the business We're a granite/quartz/marble countertop fabrication company based in Northern Virginia (Springfield, VA area), serving Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Prince William counties and Alexandria City. In-house fabrication, 20+ years in business, real reviews (4.9★), currently on an outdated WordPress site with no CRM, no lead tracking, and no consistent marketing engine. We also broker flooring/tile/plumbing subcontractors as part of larger projects. We've already done the strategic groundwork ourselves (market/competitor research, site audit, sitemap, low-fi wireframes, a design-system starting point). We're now hiring someone to **build and run** the next phase — not to redo the strategy from scratch, but to execute it well and keep improving it. ## Scope of work **1. Website — redesign & rebuild** - Rebuild the current site (~12 pages, outdated WordPress build). We have a sitemap and content plan already worked out — covering an expanded Countertops section (Granite/Quartz/Marble), Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling, a Full-Service Renovations page, location-specific Service Area pages (Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Prince William, Alexandria), a rebuilt Completed Projects gallery, a rebuilt Reviews page with a live widget, a strengthened Pricing & Free Estimate page, About Us, FAQ/Learning Center, and a proper Contact page with a real lead form — and we'll share it as a starting reference. But we're open to a better structure if you see one; don't treat it as fixed. - Deliver a polished, on-brand, high-converting design and build — you own the visual direction and page components (this is a home-services/local trades business selling to homeowners, so it should feel trustworthy and premium without being generic). - One reusable, CRM-ready lead capture form sitewide: visible fields (name, phone, email, service interested in, material interest, property location/county, preferred contact method, photo upload) + hidden auto-captured fields (source URL, UTM params, referrer, device, timestamp). - **Platform/tech stack: open — we want your recommendation** (WordPress, or another stack) given the requirement to integrate cleanly with GoHighLevel and support fast local-SEO-friendly pages. Justify your recommendation briefly in your proposal. **2. GoHighLevel (GHL) setup** - Full account build-out: pipeline (Lead → MQL → Estimate Scheduled → Quote Given → Won/Lost), call tracking (including phone calls, not just form leads), lead routing/notifications, automated follow-up sequences. - Connect website forms + GBP/Google Ads/Meta Ads + phone calls into GHL so every lead is attributed back to its source (UTM/first-touch tracking) from first click to closed job. - Set this up so it's genuinely usable day-to-day by non-technical staff, not just configured and handed off. **3. Marketing strategy & execution** - We need solid market/competitor research as the foundation here (direct competitors in our service area, search behavior, pricing benchmarks, seasonality) — come with a process for how you'd build this out, or bring relevant experience from similar local-service/home-improvement categories. - Translate this into an actual channel plan and budget allocation (GBP/LSA, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Houzz), campaign structure, and ongoing optimization. - Full metrics/reporting ownership: track everything back to GHL, report on cost-per-lead, cost-per-job, channel performance, and recommend where to shift spend. **4. SEO (on-page, technical, and local)** - On-page and technical SEO for the rebuilt site (site structure, page speed, schema markup, internal linking) so the new Service Area pages and content actually rank. - Local SEO ownership: Google Business Profile optimization, citation consistency (NAP), review generation strategy, and the local-search fundamentals that matter most for a home-services business. - Keyword/content strategy for the FAQ/Learning Center and service pages. **5. Social media management & SMO** - Ongoing content and posting (quartz-forward staging, before/after project photos, review highlights, educational content) across the platforms that make sense for a local home-services B2C business. - Social profile optimization (SMO): complete, keyword-relevant profiles, consistent branding/links across platforms, and content formatted to drive engagement and traffic back to the site. - Content calendar, not one-off posts. ## What we'll provide you - Website audit + sitemap + content plan for the new site - CRM/lead-form field mapping already thought through - Access to existing site, GBP, review platforms, and ad accounts as needed ## Ideal candidate / team This is a broad scope spanning web design/build, marketing ops (GHL/CRM), paid + local SEO, SMO, and social media management. You can apply solo if you genuinely cover all of it, or as a small team/agency with clear role coverage. In your proposal, tell us how you'd staff and sequence this — we're open to structuring it as phased milestones (website first, then GHL, then ongoing marketing retainer) rather than one flat deliverable. **Please include in your proposal:** - Relevant past work (ideally local service business / home improvement / contractor space) - Your platform recommendation for the website and why - Your GoHighLevel experience specifically (not just "CRM experience") - How you'd structure this as milestones/phases, with a rough timeline - Whether you're proposing as an individual or a team, and who does what We prefer candidates who are familiar with the North American market (US home-services buyer behavior, local search/review platforms, seasonal patterns) — direct experience with US clients or businesses is a strong plus. We'll be checking references before final selection, so please be ready to provide them.
