Build Wordpress portfolio site

I am a writer and editor looking to design a new WordPress website. I want a clean, simple portfolio site. I already have a domain, WordPress installation and hosting provider. The primary purpose of the site is to introduce my experience and display links to selected articles. I am looking for a restrained, professional and editorial design rather than elaborate graphics, animation or custom functionality. The project would include: • Designing a homepage, portfolio/work page and contact section • Organizing work samples into clear categories • Creating an easy, repeatable format for adding new work • Ensuring the site works well on desktop and mobile • Setting up basic SEO titles and descriptions • Providing brief instructions showing me how to update the portfolio myself Please provide a fixed-price quote, specify how long you anticipate the project to span, explain which WordPress theme or editing system you would use and include two or three examples of similar sites you personally designed. Experience creating sites for writers, editors, journalists or consultants is preferred. The project should include two rounds of revisions. All accounts, themes, plugins and licenses should be registered in my name or transferred to me at completion.
