Build adjusted floor plan for house in Massachusetts, USA

I am looking for an architect to help redesign the floor plan for a multi-family in MA, build in 1920s. Currently the house has two 3-bedroom 1 bathroom units and I am looking for a floor plan that would make each unit into a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom, built in such a way to keep the renovation cost down (hence minimal change of utility lines as an example). The house also has a basement and garage and I would like to add another unit into the basement, which would be split with one portion communicating with the first floor unit, and the other portion being its own unit. I would like to hire a contractor to then do the renovations starting with one of the bathrooms, however want to have the full floor plan completed upfront. I would also like the floor plan to contain positioning of target furniture that works with my living situation. Note that I have the .DWG files with the exact measurements done by a prior architecture firm and will provide them upon hiring. I am looking for the project to be completed by September 10, 2026. Preference for architects located in MA, USA with experience in redesigning older homes in MA.
