Require full UK England and Wales Building regulation drawings prepared from the planning approval drawings CAD files 6. 3 cross sections as marked on plans for main house extension+ staircase details worked out with risers and going with pitch less than 42 degrees include new drainage layouts 7. Also include for standard current Building regulation construction notes 8. Use 302.5 cavity walls with 75mm Celotex fixed with Celotex tiles with 30mm cavity on the outside 102.5 bricks 100mm cavity 100mm thermal blocks 9. Flat roof use. Heavy-Duty (HD) Self-Adhesive Multi-Layer Bituminous System. glue on felt to Building regs 10. All pitch roof tiles or slates to min slopes and to match existing roof covering 11. Full specification notes on plans G.F, F.F and roof plans on section and elevations with rainwater gutters marked 12. Single storey rear garden extension 13. Floor plan+ elevations upgraded with rainwater drains to soak away and separate foul water drains from this extension inspection chamber to inspection chamber to rear of the main drains by the back of main hole of Severn Trent. Plan enclosed for public Severn and water pipes layout. All external materials as per planning material schedule. Use facing bricks externally.
