Building dashboard with Live integration with Xero and ServiceM8

The big picture - like to have a dashboard that I can jump into as a CEO and spend 10 minutes a day having a quick look at the numbers to make sure we’re on track for our target with a green light amber and red light. With anything below 80% of the target being a red light and Amber light being from 80% to 100% towards our target anything over 100 have achieved our target. Would like to have our revenue as our main target and would like to view it weekly, monthly and yearly And like to also have the man hours spent which will be recorded from XERO which will also show on this dashboard. And then there’s also a few other things that we would like to target as well. Would also like for there to be a billing rate that will be based off the custom target that were after divided by the productivity days and divided by the productivity hours With a custom field of how many team members we currently have in the company and also how many crews we are running. And then the billing rate for there to be two numbers. One is the total billing rate for the whole company per hour and then the second billing rate will be divided the total billing rate by the amount of team members and also in consideration on how many crew. Example - if the billing rate was $1200 an hour for the whole company and we have five team members in three different vehicles. The Bill rate for each person would be $240 But out of these five there is only four operators and the fifth person is the CEO and not on site Team one - has two people so $480 per hour Team two - has one person so $240 per hour Team three- has one person (senior team member that will also cover for the CEO billing rate $480 per hour Two options for final results Option one - we have an app on the Apple Store and play store and on the backend of this app I believe through a web browser. We have an admin panel if we could add the dashboard onto the admin panel so that way my team can login and see the clients that come through the app and also keep track of the dashboard Option two - just creating a separate web browser that my team can view the dashboard on
