Business Analyst — Wellness App About the project We are building a Wellness App focused on health, emotional well-being and personal development. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can help us understand the market, users and business opportunities and turn insights into clear actions for the development of our product. What we are looking for 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Strategy Analyst or in a similar role. Experience working with startups, digital products or mobile applications. Proven experience working on successful projects or startups. Ability to provide 2–3 successful cases and explain your personal contribution and results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to research markets, competitors and customer needs. Ability to turn research and data into clear business recommendations. Good communication and ability to work with founders, product and development teams. Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment. Russian — fluent/native level (mandatory). English — good working level (mandatory). Your responsibilities Analyze the wellness market and competitors. Research user needs and behavior. Identify business and product opportunities. Help define product requirements and priorities. Analyze product and business performance. Prepare recommendations for product development and growth. Work directly with the founders and product team. Support strategic decisions with research and data.
