We are seeking a Business Analyst to assist in setting up commercial SOPs and onboarding CRM/ERP systems for our customer. The role involves act as Syrave Consulting on behalf and work with customer to analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new systems to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis and process improvement, with a strong understanding of CRM/ERP systems.
