We're expanding our team and looking for U.S.-based freelancers to help evaluate business phone interactions. You'll be provided with businesses to contact, a structured call guide, and simple reporting requirements. Your responsibility is to conduct professional business calls, collect publicly available information, and document your observations. This position supports business research and customer experience analysis. It does not involve selling products, requesting appointments, or generating sales leads. Key Responsibilities Contact businesses assigned by our team. Follow a structured conversation guide. Collect information about: Services available Business hours Estimate or consultation process General pricing (if offered) Evaluate the interaction, including: Response time Professionalism Friendliness Product or service knowledge Overall customer experience Submit a concise report after each completed assignment. Requirements Must be physically located in the United States. Strong English communication skills. Professional telephone etiquette. Reliable internet connection. Comfortable making outbound calls. Detail-oriented and dependable. Previous experience in customer support, quality assurance, research, administration, or mystery shopping is an advantage. Compensation Hourly Upwork contract.
