Summary

I own a commissary kitchen in the GTA that I offer to businesses on a membership basis and would like the agreement I currently have to be reviewed and amended, I am also working to take on some food production for 2 clients and wanting to have an agreement in place with them. I own the recipes and would ideally like a stake in their business in exchange for a cheaper production rate(can be discussed in a discovery call). The third piece is just a standard NDA that I can adjust LLC names and send as I expand my business. This is a short term project but looking to have someone in my network to assist as the business grows
