Business Development & Credit Intermediation Manager – Portugal

We are looking for an experienced Business Development and Credit Intermediation professional to help build and lead a new business in Portugal. The selected professional will play a key role in developing the business from an early stage, defining the commercial and operational model, establishing relationships with banks and financial institutions, developing strategic partnerships and supporting the future growth of the operation. Main responsibilities include developing the business strategy, creating acquisition channels, establishing banking partnerships, structuring processes, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring KPIs and supporting the recruitment and leadership of the future team. We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in banking, credit, financing, mortgage brokerage, real estate finance or financial services. Previous experience in credit intermediation in Portugal and an existing network within the Portuguese banking or financial sector will be highly valued. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial capabilities, autonomy and the ability to turn an early-stage project into a scalable business.
