Business Development Manager – Scotland Market Entry

We are looking for a Scotland-based professional in Glasgow, UK to help us build and launch a new business presence in Scotland. The parent company will provide funding, guidance, and mentorship, while the selected candidate will be our local representative on the ground and help manage the practical development of the business. The role will involve building the business from the ground up, identifying opportunities, developing local relationships, coordinating day-to-day activities, and helping establish a strong presence in the Scottish market. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of new business initiatives. They should be able to work independently, communicate effectively with local businesses and service providers, and turn opportunities into practical actions. Initially, this will be an hourly role with flexible working hours, with the potential to develop into a longer-term or full-time position as the Scotland operation grows.
