Business Development & Outreach Virtual Assistant (Email + Instagram)

I'm looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help grow my interior design business by building relationships with builders, remodeling contractors, architects, and other industry professionals. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys research, relationship building, and connecting with people. You'll be responsible for identifying qualified businesses, reaching out through both email and Instagram, nurturing relationships, and keeping our outreach efforts organized. This is not a sales position or a social media content creation role. I'm looking for someone who can professionally introduce my business, start conversations, and help build genuine relationships with potential referral partners. Responsibilities -Research and identify qualified builders, remodeling contractors, architects, and other potential referral partners. -Find decision-makers and accurate contact information. -Personalize outreach emails using approved templates. -Send outreach emails and schedule follow-ups. -Research businesses on Instagram and identify key decision-makers. -Follow targeted businesses and engage with their content through thoughtful, genuine interactions. -Send personalized Instagram direct messages using approved templates. -Respond to simple Instagram messages and email replies using established guidelines, escalating conversations to me when needed. -Track all outreach, conversations, and follow-up reminders in our CRM. -Keep prospect information organized and up to date. -Notify me of interested prospects and schedule meetings when appropriate. Requirements -Excellent written English. -Experience with lead generation and business research. -Experience with email outreach. -Comfortable using Instagram for business networking and relationship building. -Strong attention to detail. -Highly organized and dependable. -Professional, friendly communication skills. -Able to follow established systems and processes. Preferred Qualifications -Experience using HubSpot or another CRM. -Experience with B2B outreach or business development. -Familiarity with the construction, remodeling, architecture, or interior design industries is a plus. Hours 5–10 hours per week to start. Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows.
