The Role Goal: Win high-ticket projects ($4,000+ fixed-price or $45/hr+ hourly contracts). Responsibilities: Qualify leads, submit proposals, manage client discovery, and close deals using our agency profile. Our Support: Technical leads join discovery calls to handle architecture and execution; you focus strictly on sales. Compensation (Uncapped) $125 Closing Bonus: Released immediately when the client funds the first milestone / starts contract. 20% Lifetime Commission: Paid within 7 days on all collected client revenue (including expansions and follow-on work). Example Earnings: $4,000 Deal: $125 + $800 = $925 $7,500 Deal: $125 + $1,500 = $1,625 $45/hr (40 hrs/wk): $125 + $1,440/mo = $1,565 (Month 1) + recurring 20% monthly. Requirements Proven track record closing IT deals on Upwork. Fluent English & consultative sales mindset ("diagnose before pitching"). Ability to invest your own Connects (skin in the game).
