PT Business Development Rep — AI SaaS for Insurance business

We're an AI-powered productivity platform built by a Employee Benefits Broker, for Benefits Brokers. Our founder has 35+ years in employee benefits and built the platform to solve the workflow pain points brokers actually live with — quote analysis, plan document search, client communications, COBRA/WRAP compliance, and more. We're growing and need a Business Development Rep to help put our platform in front of more benefits brokers and drive free trial sign-ups. What you'll do: Prospect employee benefits brokers and agencies (US-based) Run targeted cold outreach via email and LinkedIn Book demos and hand off qualified leads Track activity and conversions in our CRM Follow up consistently and professionally What we're looking for: 1-2+ years of B2B SaaS sales or BDR experience Strong written English and a peer-to-peer, non-pushy tone Comfort with cold outreach at volume without sounding like a bot Bonus: background selling into insurance, benefits, HR tech, or financial services Remote, US time zones preferred To apply, please include: A short note on your relevant experience 1–2 examples of cold outreach campaigns you've run (results if available)
