Business Development Representative (BDR) | Hourly + Commission

We're looking for an experienced BDR to join our growing sales team, someone who's confident on the phone and knows how to turn cold leads into qualified appointments. What you'll do: • Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market • Qualify leads and book appointments for our Account Executives • Log activity in our CRM and hit weekly outreach targets Compensation: • Hourly payment • $20 per booked appointment (that shows up qualified) • Commission on every closed deal from your booked appointments Requirements: • 2+ years of BDR/SDR or outbound cold calling experience • Fluent, clear American accent, essential, as you'll speak directly with US prospects daily • Strong track record hitting quota/outreach targets • Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling • Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce/etc.) • Available during US business hours ([specify time zone]) To apply, include: 1.
