Business Information Verification Specialist (USA Remote)

We are hiring dependable freelancers located in the United States to assist with ongoing business information verification projects. Your role will involve contacting assigned businesses, following a structured call guide, collecting publicly available information, and documenting the results in a simple report. This position is intended for business verification, customer experience evaluation, and market research. It does not involve selling services, collecting payments, or scheduling appointments. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to assigned businesses. Follow the provided call instructions. Verify business information, including: Services offered Availability Estimate or consultation process General pricing (when voluntarily provided) Evaluate communication quality and professionalism. Complete a report after each assignment. Submit reports through Upwork. Requirements Must currently reside in the United States. Excellent verbal and written English. Professional communication skills. Reliable internet connection. Comfortable making outbound business calls. Strong attention to detail. Experience in customer support, research, virtual assistance, administration, or quality assurance is helpful but not required. Compensation Hourly Upwork contract. Weekly payments through Upwork.
