Business Interaction Review Coordinator (USA Only)

We are hiring U.S.-based freelancers to assist with evaluating how businesses respond to customer phone inquiries. You will contact businesses assigned by our team, follow a structured conversation guide, gather publicly available information, and prepare a concise report describing the interaction. This role focuses on customer experience assessment and market research. It does not involve sales, telemarketing, appointment scheduling, or purchasing services. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to businesses assigned by our team. Follow the provided call instructions. Gather information regarding: Services offered Business availability Estimate or consultation process General pricing (when voluntarily provided) Observe and document: Professionalism Communication quality Friendliness Product or service knowledge Overall customer experience Complete a short report after each assignment. Submit reports through Upwork. Requirements Must currently reside in the United States. Fluent English communication skills. Professional telephone etiquette. Reliable internet connection. Comfortable making outbound business calls. Strong attention to detail. Ability to prepare accurate written reports. Experience in customer support, virtual assistance, research, quality assurance, or mystery shopping is helpful but not required. Compensation Hourly Upwork contract.
