Business Process Optimization & Automation Specialist - Hungarian Required

We run EU Training (eutraining.eu), a successful and profitable online education business. We are looking for a hands-on process optimization & automation specialist to help us simplify and automate our internal workflows. We want to start with one pilot project. If it works well, there are many other processes we would like to optimize together. Fluent Hungarian is required. Budapest-based candidates are preferred. We need someone who can: - understand and map an existing business process - identify unnecessary or inefficient steps - redesign and simplify the workflow - identify opportunities for automation and AI - implement the solution - document it so our team can maintain it We are not looking for AI for the sake of AI. The goal is to reduce manual work, save time, reduce errors and make our operations simpler. First pilot project Our first project will be optimizing the monthly preparation of documents and information for our accountants. This currently involves manual collection, checking, organizing and handing over of documents. The goal is to understand the current workflow, simplify it, automate what makes sense, implement the new process and measure the time saved. This is only the first pilot - accounting is not the main focus of the role. If the collaboration is successful, we have several other internal processes we would like to optimize and automate. Who we are looking for Ideally, you combine: business/process thinking + hands-on automation skills + practical AI knowledge. You should be comfortable challenging an existing process rather than simply automating it as-is.
