M&A Buy Side Representative (Arabic & English) - Part Time

We are an M&A firm working on a buy side acquisition mandate. We have around 20 target companies in the Middle East that need to be contacted, and we need someone to own that outreach. You will reach out to owners and CEOs on our list, run intro calls in Arabic to understand their business, and build enough trust to get an NDA signed. Once it is signed, you collect the financials we need for valuation: 3 to 5 years of P&L, EBITDA and add backs, balance sheet and revenue breakdown. Then you chase whatever is missing and send us a short weekly update. You need fluent Arabic and English, a solid finance background so you can talk about EBITDA and margins and spot when numbers are incomplete, and experience in M&A, banking or senior B2B sales. Part time, roughly 15-20 hours a week, remote but on GCC hours, starting immediately. In your proposal, tell us your Arabic dialect and one example of a deal you started from cold outreach.
