CAD Designer for Cat-Litter Scoop Prototype

I need an experienced mechanical CAD or industrial product designer to create an accurate 3D model of a handheld cat-litter scoop with a hollow ergonomic handle for electronics. I already have measurements, reference photos, a visual product render, and the actual hardware components. Important design requirements: * Scoop basket approximately 13 cm wide and 11.5 cm long * Proper tapered scoop sidewalls and a thin front lip that angles slightly upward * Rounded rectangular litter openings * Handle extends mostly straight back with a gentle ergonomic curve, not at a steep angle * Hollow handle with space for a motor, battery, PCB, wiring, two buttons, and LED * USB-C charging port centered on the flat rear end of the handle * Two top-mounted buttons * Exterior should look like a polished consumer product, not a rough mechanical prototype Required deliverables: * STEP file * STL files suitable for 3D printing * Dimensioned 2D drawings * Exploded or sectional view showing internal hardware space * One revision after reviewing the first printed prototype Please share examples of handheld products, enclosures, ergonomic tools, or consumer electronics you have modeled.
