CAD to Sketchup, 3D Renders, Video/360 Walkthroughs

We are a manufacture of high end professional grade athletic weight room equipment (found in many division 1 colleges and professional environments). Knowledge of strength training equipment is a plus however not required. 1. Our first need is to have room shells provided in Sketchup. These are usually based on .DWG .PDF and sometimes hand drawn dimensions / pictures of an existing space. Doors, ceiling heights, and other room details are required. 2. After we receive the Sketchup Room Shell we will populate the room with equipment and send back for Rendering. Typically 5-10 renders needed from various angles. We can provide more details on angles, field of view and color correction. 3. We may also request a 3D video walkthrough of the room (transitions from daytime to evening could be part of the video). We can provide a detailed workflow if needed. Experience in video editing is required. 4. Conversion of equipment icons from .wrl format to Sketchup (removing high poly items to decrease file size for import into sketchup). We will provide details on our workflow for this process (Blender 4.1 is the current preferred editing software). 5. Create 3D Equipment Renderings for our website (Currently done done in Blender).
