CAD drawing content creation

Overview: We need a freelancer to draw CAD assets inside our own software, at volume, from reference material we provide. ArcSite is a CAD drawing and estimating app for field contractors (iPad, Windows, Android). We build two libraries our Pros draw from: "Blocks," individual drop-in shapes like fixtures, equipment, and site elements, and "Templates," full drawing sets such as a deck plan or a fencing layout. You would be building both. What you'll do: -Build new Blocks from scratch inside ArcSite, working from reference images we provide. We research what contractors are searching for, then hand you the reference for the shape we need built -Draw each Block to match the reference in shape, proportion, and scale, then publish it to our library -Build complete Template drawings inside ArcSite from reference material we pull from manufacturer documentation, industry guides, and similar public sources -Work through an assigned queue at volume, repeating the same process accurately each time -Flag anything unclear, any reference gap, or any case where the source material doesn't match what's possible in the app What we're looking for: -Comfortable learning and working inside a single software tool. We walk you through the ArcSite build process, so no prior experience with it required -Strong attention to detail. We check every drawing against the reference, so precision matters more than speed at first -Able to follow a written process exactly and repeat it consistently across dozens to hundreds of similar tasks -Reliable English communication (Slack) for status updates and questions -Prior drafting or CAD comfort preferred, since a full Template is more involved than a single shape, but not strictly required Volume: Blocks run at hundreds per month to start and scale from there. Templates run on a prioritized queue that expands by vertical.
