CLM Implementation/Optimization Consultant

Overview: Join Icono-Labs, where we combine real-world accounting expertise with innovative automation to redefine Managed Services. We're looking for a CLM Implementation/Optimization Consultant to configure and administer CLM platforms for our clients, with a focus on Coupa CLM/CLMA specifically, since that's the ecosystem Icono's CLM work sits inside today. This role sits on our contractor bench and works across legal, procurement, and IT stakeholders. What You'll Do: ● Configure and administer CLM platforms, ideally Coupa CLM/CLMA specifically ● Design contract templates and clause libraries, and configure workflow/redlining and approval routing ● Connect CLM to upstream procurement or ERP systems ● Lead client-facing scoping, discovery, and requirements gathering for legal/procurement stakeholders ● Build reporting and contract-lifecycle analytics: cycle time, renewal tracking, obligation management What You'll Bring: ● 3-5 years of relevant experience ● Ability to configure and administer CLM platforms, ideally Coupa CLM/CLMA specifically ● Experience designing contract templates and clause libraries, and configuring workflow/redlining and approval routing ● Integration experience connecting CLM to upstream procurement or ERP systems ● Comfortable leading client-facing scoping, discovery, and requirements gathering for legal/procurement stakeholders ● Experience building reporting and contract-lifecycle analytics (cycle time, renewal tracking, obligation management) Preferred Qualifications: ● Direct hands-on experience with Coupa CLM specifically, not just CLM in general (DocuSign CLM, Ironclad, or Icertis experience is useful context, but the immediate need is Coupa-side depth) ● Has built or worked from reusable templates/playbooks rather than one-off, bespoke builds each time ● Comfortable operating at the intersection of legal, procurement, and IT stakeholders ● Mid-market/enterprise client experience specifically About Icono-Labs At Icono-Labs, we are a technology consulting and development firm committed to delivering innovative enterprise solutions tailored to our clients' business needs.
