CMS Migration Project

We operate a portfolio of brand, media, restaurants, and radio-station websites currently built on WordPress. While WordPress has served us well, our primary concern is security: the plugin-driven architecture, frequent vulnerability disclosures, and ongoing patching burden create more risk and maintenance overhead than we want to carry going forward. We are looking for an experienced web developer or agency to recreate these eight sites on a more secure, modern CMS or architecture — matching the current look, content, and functionality while significantly reducing our exposure to plugin vulnerabilities and hands-on maintenance. Here are our websites: https://cokeguam.com/ https://chilisguam.com/ https://cinnabonguam.com/ https://goodtogorides.com/ https://glimpsesofguam.com/ https://thewave105.com/ https://power98.com/ https://route99fm.com/ Scope of Work - Recommend a secure CMS or architecture (e.g., a static-site generator, headless CMS, or a managed/hardened platform) with a clear rationale for the security and maintenance benefits. - Recreate all 8 websites, faithfully matching current design, layout, branding, and content. - Rebuild key functionality, including promotions/carousels, contact and lead forms, live radio-stream players, embedded media, and social links. - Migrate existing content and assets (pages, images, articles) to the new platform. - Preserve SEO — maintain URL structures or implement proper redirects, meta tags, and sitemaps to avoid ranking loss. - Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility across devices and browsers. - Provide documentation and training so our internal team can manage day-to-day content updates.
