I am looking for a California-licensed CPA/forensic accountant with family-law litigation experience to perform a limited-scope forensic financial analysis and prepare a signed declaration for use in California Family Court. This is a relatively straightforward transaction-tracing assignment. I am not requesting a full accounting, business valuation, tax analysis, or reconstruction of the business. I am not asking the accountant to determine whether anyone committed fraud or violated the law. I need the accountant to state the financial facts and calculations based on the bank records. For example, if the records show that $X was deposited into Account A and then $Y was transferred from Account A to Account B, I need the accountant to identify and total those transactions. Similarly, if the records show cash withdrawals, I need those withdrawals identified and totaled. The purpose is to present the financial transactions clearly to the California Family Court so the Court can determine their legal significance.
