CPA/EA — S-Corp Late Election Relief & Home Office Deduction Review What I need reviewed: 1. S-Corp late election relief for The Education Company LLC (EDCO) — EDCO is an active Georgia LLC (filed 02/20/2026), wholly owned by my holding company, Nia Financial Group LLC. The 75-day window for a timely S-corp election expired May 6, 2026. I need to know: is relief under Rev. Proc. 2013-30 still viable for 2026, what does that filing require, and what's the realistic savings case given EDCO's 2026 income? I can provide EDCO's confirmed 2026 revenue pipeline. 2. Home office deduction method (simplified vs. actual) for EDCO, given business activity operating from one home location. I can provide square footage, mortgage/rent, utilities, and insurance figures. Out of scope for this engagement: entity structure review for Goldenrod Investment Properties LLC and Goldenrod Solutions Agency LLC. Both are mid-process (GA Secretary of State refile pending on one, ownership structure under separate attorney review on the other) and not ready for tax review yet. What I don't need: bookkeeping, monthly retainer, tax prep/filing — I have those covered separately. Deliverable: A written memo with clear recommendations I can act on and hand to my attorney/bookkeeper for implementation. Live call optional. Requirements: Active. You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: 1. Are you a licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent? License number and issuing state? 2. Have you filed Section 1362(b)(5) late S-corp election relief before? Give one example. 3. What's your fixed price for this scoped review plus written memo? 4. Are you licensed/authorized to advise on Georgia entity matters?
