I am seeking an licensed CPA or EA for a high-paying, corporate restructuring project. I run two single-member LLCs based in Ohio, managed separately within a single Wave Pro dashboard. Project Scope Includes: Executing a retroactive federal S-Corp election (Form 2553) back to January 1st for my "Hosting LLC" using Rev. Proc. 2013-30. Drafting a formal Intercompany Service Agreement between my "Gaming LLC" and the new S-Corp to cleanly shift revenues and lower Gaming LLC's net taxable income to $0 through legitimate business expenses. Guidance on structuring a Q4 W-2 catch-up payroll run (via Gusto or Wave) to satisfy the annual reasonable compensation requirement on an expected $125,000 year-end revenue. Year-end corporate tax filing (Form 1120-S) and personal filing optimization utilizing the Ohio Business Income Deduction (BID).
