CPA/SOC 2 Consultant for Audit Guidance

We are looking for an experienced CPA or CPA firm with strong SOC 2 experience to help our company prepare for SOC 2 compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience with SOC 2 Type I and Type II, AICPA standards, security controls, evidence review, policies, procedures, and audit readiness. We need someone who can guide us through the SOC 2 process, review our current documentation, identify gaps, and advise us on what is needed before we move forward with the audit. Responsibilities: * Review our current SOC 2 readiness status * Identify missing policies, controls, and evidence * Advise on SOC 2 Type I and Type II requirements * Help us prepare for an official SOC 2 audit * Provide recommendations for security, compliance, and documentation * Explain the process clearly to our internal team * If qualified, provide or support SOC 2 attestation/report issuance Requirements: * CPA or CPA firm preferred * Experience with SOC 2 Type I and Type II * Familiarity with AICPA Trust Services Criteria * Experience working with SaaS, CRM, cloud, or technology companies * Ability to review policies, controls, and evidence * Strong communication skills * Prior SOC 2 audit or readiness projects required Nice to Have: * Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft environments * Experience with compliance platforms such as Drata, Vanta, Secureframe, or Sprinto * Ability to support both readiness and final audit process Please include in your proposal: 1.
