CPA for Bookkeeping, Financial Cleanup & Corporate Tax Filings (Delaware C-Corp)

I'm looking for a licensed CPA with strong QuickBooks Online experience to complete the bookkeeping and tax filings for my Delaware C-Corp software startup. The work will be divided into four milestones. Milestone 1: QuickBooks Online Setup & Historical Bookkeeping Objective: Deliver a fully reconciled, CPA-ready QuickBooks Online file. Scope of Milestone 1 work: Set up and configure a new QuickBooks Online company. Design and optimize an appropriate Chart of Accounts for a Delaware C-Corp software startup. Import, categorize, and reconcile approximately two years of historical transactions. Set up and organize vendors, contractors, customers, bank accounts, and credit cards. Properly record: Revenue Operating expenses Owner contributions Owner reimbursements Fixed assets (where applicable) Reconcile every bank account and credit card against monthly statements. Download and organize invoices, receipts, bank statements, and supporting documentation from vendor portals (credentials provided as needed). Match supporting documentation to QuickBooks transactions and attach documents where practical. Identify and communicate any missing information or transactions requiring clarification. Produce a complete CPA-ready package including: Fully reconciled QuickBooks Online company Balance Sheet Profit & Loss Statement General Ledger Trial Balance Bank reconciliation reports Organized supporting documentation Ensure there are no uncategorized, duplicate, or unreconciled transactions remaining. Deliver all historical data imported into QuickBooks Online. Milestone 2: 2023 Corporate Tax Return Review completed bookkeeping. Prepare and file the 2023 federal and any required state corporate tax returns. Prepare all required schedules and supporting forms. Review the return with me before filing. Milestone 3: 2024 Corporate Tax Return Prepare and file the 2024 federal and any required state corporate tax returns. Include all required schedules and supporting forms. Review the completed return with me before filing. Milestone 4: 2025 Corporate Tax Return Prepare and file the 2025 federal and any required state corporate tax returns. Include all required schedules and supporting forms. Review the completed return with me before filing. Requirements: - Active U.S. CPA license (please provide license number and state of licensure). - Extensive QuickBooks Online experience. - Experience with Delaware C-Corps and venture-backed or software startups. - Ability to prepare and electronically file U.S. corporate tax returns. - Strong attention to detail and reconciliation experience. - Excellent written communication.
