US CPA for Form 5472 and 1120

Summary

We are seeking a US CPA with experience supporting foreign-owned C-Corp entities to assist with filing Form 5472 alongside Form 1120 for the past period, including an associated penalty abatement request. The C-Corp was opened in November last year and is dormant. If the process is good we'll look to engage further with ongoing support for future filings. Experience with retroactive or late filings and IRS penalty abatement is required. Please include a Reasonable Cause Statement in your quote and confirm your experience handling IRS penalty abatement requests. Clear communication in English is important. Please provide a fixed fee quote.
