CPA for foreign-owned Texas C-Corp — estimated taxes now, 1120 + 5472 for 2026

We are a Texas C-Corporation (incorporated May 2026), 100% owned by a French non-resident founder, operating a profitable US e-commerce brand (~$105k revenue in its first 3 months). Bookkeeping is done in-house on an accrual basis: monthly closes, balanced general ledger, documented shareholder loan with a promissory note at AFR. Company name and full file shared with shortlisted candidates. Immediate need (September): - Review and validate the Q3 federal estimated tax installment due September 15, 2026 (annualized income method — the company turned profitable in July), and set up the payment mechanics (EFTPS). - One-time review call on the related-party setup: shareholder advances under a revolving demand note at short-term AFR, a $1,000 advance-to-equity conversion, Section 7872 imputed-interest check. - Clarify the entity classification shown on our IRS CP 575 notice (it references a 1065 filing requirement, which does not match a C-corp election — we want this corrected or explained before filing season). Season 2027: - Prepare and e-file Form 1120 and Form 5472 for tax year 2026 (first year, calendar year). We deliver a closed ledger, monthly statements, and a documented Schedule A of related-party transactions.
