CQC Registered Manager – New Care Business (England) | Founding Role, Compensation Negotiable

We're launching a new CQC-regulated care service in England and are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join us at the ground floor. This is a founding, hands-on role. You'll help shape the service from the start and be the registered, accountable manager as we build toward our first contracts. We're an early-stage venture, so we're upfront that this isn't a conventional fixed-salary post right now. We're open to discussing a compensation structure that works for you. This could include a deferred or stepped salary that grows as contracts come in, or a part-time arrangement. Tell us what would make this work for you.
