CRM Automation Expert Needed

We are looking for an experienced CRM Automation Specialist to help us identify, troubleshoot, and fix errors in our existing CRM automation system. Our current setup includes automated workflows, triggers, lead management, and follow-up processes. Some automations are not working as expected, and we need an expert who can quickly investigate the issues, identify the root cause, and implement reliable solutions. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and fix existing CRM automation errors Review workflows, triggers, actions, and automation logic Identify why certain automations are failing or not running correctly Fix lead routing, follow-up, and workflow issues Test automations after fixes are implemented Optimize workflows for better reliability and performance Clearly communicate the issue found and the solution implemented Requirements Proven experience with CRM automation and workflow troubleshooting Strong understanding of triggers, workflows, pipelines, and automation logic Experience identifying and resolving automation errors efficiently Familiarity with integrations, webhooks, APIs, and third-party tools is a plus Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Project Goal Our main goal is to get the existing CRM automation working smoothly and reliably.
