CRM & Automation Specialist Needed to Build Automated Legal Intake Pipeline (Zapier + CRM)

We are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist / RevOps Consultant to build an end-to-end lead ingestion and intake system for our law firm. Core Deliverables: 1. CRM Setup: Configure pipelines (Inbound Leads, Cross-Border Advisory, Referral Partners) with automated deal stage transitions, custom properties, and task assignments in HubSpot / Zoho CRM 2. Speed-to-Lead Triage: Build automated Zapier / Make.com workflows connecting website form submissions, ad leads, and live chat directly to real-time Slack/SMS alerts for our intake team (less than 5 min SLA). 3. Auto-Responders & Scheduling: Implement immediate automated SMS/email confirmations featuring pre-screening intake forms and Calendly booking links. 4. VoIP & Telephony Sync: Integrate OpenPhone/Dialpad with the CRM to automatically log calls, SMS conversations, and call recordings to contact records. 5. Automated Drip Campaigns: Configure email nurture workflows triggered by specific CRM pipeline stages.
