CRM & Automation Specialist – n8n + Make.com + Zapier

We are looking for an experienced CRM & Automation Specialist to build an automated lead capture and management workflow using n8n, Make.com, or Zapier. The goal is to automatically capture incoming leads from multiple sources, process and organize the data, send the leads to our CRM, prevent duplicates, and trigger the appropriate follow-up actions. Responsibilities • Build an automated lead capture workflow using n8n, Make.com, or Zapier • Capture leads from website forms, landing pages, ads, webhooks, APIs, or other sources • Create and update contacts/leads automatically in our CRM • Configure proper CRM field mapping • Add duplicate checking and update existing contacts when necessary • Set up lead assignment/routing rules • Trigger automated email, SMS, or internal notifications • Track lead source, campaign, status, and other important information • Implement error handling and workflow monitoring • Test the complete automation before deployment • Provide basic documentation for the workflow Required Skills • Strong experience with n8n, Make.com, and/or Zapier • CRM automation and integration experience • REST APIs and webhooks • JSON/data transformation • Lead capture and lead management workflows • CRM field mapping and data synchronization • Error handling and troubleshooting Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Airtable, Google Sheets, Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads, Slack, Gmail, or similar systems is a plus.
