CRM & Automation Specialist – n8n + Make.com

We need an experienced automation specialist to build an automated lead capture and management workflow using n8n or Make.com (http://make.com/). The goal: automatically capture incoming leads, process and organize the data, send them to our CRM, prevent duplicates, and trigger follow-up actions. Responsibilities - Build a lead capture workflow using n8n or Make.com (http://make.com/) - Capture leads from forms, landing pages, ads, webhooks, or APIs - Create/update CRM contacts automatically with proper field mapping - Add duplicate checking and update existing contacts - Set up lead assignment/routing rules - Track lead source, campaign, and status - Implement error handling and monitoring - Test the automation end-to-end and provide basic documentation Required Skills - Strong experience with n8n and/or Make.com (http://make.com/) - CRM automation and integration - REST APIs and webhooks - JSON/data transformation - Lead capture and CRM field mapping - Error handling and troubleshooting Experience with HubSpot, Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack, or Gmail is a plus.
