CRM Data Entry & Web Researcher

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented CRM Data Entry & Web Researcher to help maintain and enrich our CRM database. The ideal candidate should have experience with data entry, web research, lead generation, and CRM management, with a strong focus on accuracy and organization. This is a remote, project-based position with the potential for long-term collaboration for the right candidate. Responsibilities Enter and update customer and company information in our CRM system. Conduct web research to collect accurate business and contact information. Research decision-makers and company details using LinkedIn, company websites, and other reliable sources. Enrich CRM records with verified emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, company websites, and other relevant information. Remove duplicate records and maintain a clean, organized database. Verify data accuracy before submission. Identify missing or inconsistent information and resolve it through research. Follow data entry standards and CRM procedures. Deliver completed work within agreed deadlines. Requirements Experience with CRM Data Entry, Web Research, or Lead Generation. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines. Reliable internet connection and computer. Preferred Skills Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Clay, ZoomInfo, or other lead generation tools. Familiarity with Hunter.io, NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or similar email verification tools. Knowledge of Excel functions such as XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, FILTER, Pivot Tables, and Data Validation.
