CRM Database Cleanup and Web Research Specialist

We are looking for a reliable CRM Database Cleanup and Web Research Specialist to help us maintain an accurate and organized CRM database. The ideal candidate should have experience cleaning data, removing duplicates, verifying contact information, and conducting detailed web research to enrich existing records. Responsibilities: Clean, update, and maintain CRM records. Identify and remove duplicate, incomplete, and outdated entries. Research companies, contacts, and business information from reliable online sources. Verify names, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, websites, and company details. Update missing information in the CRM and spreadsheets. Organize data in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Ensure all records are accurate, consistent, and properly formatted. Follow project guidelines and meet deadlines. Preferred Experience: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or similar CRM platforms. Contact research and list building.
