CS2 Public Server Development

Looking for an Experienced CS2 Server Developer I am looking for an experienced Counter-Strike 2 server developer to build and configure a complete public community server from scratch. What I want I want a public CS2 server where players can join and leave at any time without waiting in a queue. Examples: 20 vs 20 15 vs 10 8 vs 6 Any number of players depending on who is online. The goal is to create a fun and active community server rather than a competitive matchmaking experience. Required Features Full CS2 server setup Installation and configuration of all required plugins Stable and optimized performance Automatic map voting Team balancing (only if needed) Player statistics XP system Rank system Top players leaderboard Daily rewards (optional) VIP system Admin system Anti-cheat recommendations Discord integration (if possible) Cosmetics I want players to have access to commands such as: !ws (weapon skins) !knife !gloves !agents (if possible) Players should be able to select skins without affecting gameplay.
