Requirements: - You need to be available during USA EST business hours - Only independent contractors, no agencies please - Excellent communication skills and professional presence - Experience managing more than 10+ developers - Experience managing powerful stakeholders and business people - Able to troubleshoot and figure out systems and applications where no documentation exist. We are seeking a CTO-level software engineer to lead technical strategy, oversee product development, and guide engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, proven management experience, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for shaping architecture, driving innovation, and ensuring efficient execution across projects. This role is best suited for someone who can balance hands-on technical work with strategic leadership and team management.
