About the Business Collectors and Caffeine is a developing comics + café concept designed to be a welcoming community “third place” where stories, coffee, creativity, and culture come together. The café will be paired with comic retail, events, workshops, and community programming, so the food and beverage menu needs to be fun, memorable, efficient, and profitable. We are looking for someone to help create a themed café menu that fits our brand while being realistic for a small café operation. The goal is a lean, high-quality menu that is easy for staff to execute, limits waste, supports fast service, and gives customers a reason to return often. What We Need We are seeking a Café Menu Development Consultant, Food & Beverage Consultant, Menu Development Chef, or Culinary R&D Specialist to create a complete themed menu for our café.
