California Business Litigation Attorney — Plaintiff-Side Contract Case / Contingency

We are seeking an experienced California plaintiff-side business litigation attorney to evaluate and potentially prosecute a well-developed commercial contract dispute involving an approximately $600,000 claim. This is not an early-stage matter requiring someone to reconstruct the facts from scratch. The matter involves a signed private-sale consignment/agency agreement, contractual requirements concerning the handling and routing of buyer inquiries, a substantial transaction that was already progressing through diligence, and evidence that the counterparty subsequently circumvented the agreed structure. The factual record includes: Signed governing agreement Detailed chronology Contemporaneous emails and communications Evidence concerning representations made during an active transaction Documented economic damages and related costs Prior demand letter prepared and sent by a major national law firm Organized supporting exhibits/evidence Counterparties that appear capable of satisfying a judgment The claim is approximately $600,000, plus potentially recoverable damages/costs as determined by counsel.
